Our Story & Mission
Founded in 2012 by Kirt and Maxine Earhart, Maxine's On Shine was created with a heartfelt vision: to transform dining into an enlivening, joyful experience where guests feel welcomed like family in a cozy home parlor.
Located on Shine Avenue in historic Colonialtown, our space features eclectic local artwork, warm amber lighting, leopard accents, and an intimate stage that has hosted hundreds of Orlando's most talented acoustic musicians.
